I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, and the facilities are impressive. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, and my experience with service was hit or miss, especially regarding requests for amenities. Overall, while there are definitely appealing aspects, some improvements are needed.

My stay was quite a mixed experience. On the one hand, the helpfulness of the staff was outstanding, especially during my late-night check-in. However, the rooms felt outdated and could use some renovations, which detracted from the overall comfort. Although the grounds were well kept, I felt the amenities didn’t quite match the hotel’s rates. Overall, while I appreciated the service, the room condition needs significant improvement.

I recently attended a holiday dinner at Shula's and was thoroughly impressed. The venue was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a fantastic atmosphere for our gathering. The staff, especially Martha, were incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process. The food was delicious, and the outdoor area had a lovely vibe. It's definitely a great spot for events, though I wish the pricing was a bit more reasonable for such places.
